We love our products and we want your shopping experience with nü to be a great one! Received a damaged item? Not to worry! We will happily accept returns of our products under the following circumstances:

  • The item was received damaged.

  • There is a defect in the material of the item.

We will gladly refund you your money or replace the items for the above reasons. Please ensure that claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items are submitted within 20 days after the product has been received.



We make all our items to order and therefore cannot accept or manage exchanges. Please ensure that you check our size chart carefully. For more information, please visit our FAQs. After placing your order, you have 24 hours to contact our Customer Support and request order modifications, change of address or to cancel your order. After this time period your order will have been placed in production and can no longer be modified.



For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 20 days after the estimated delivery date.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, please contact us within 20 days of receiving it. Send us an email at with the subject line “RETURN”. To ensure that you are eligible for a return, please attach photos of the damaged or defective item. We will then reach out to you with further instructions on how to return an item.
